OUR AIMS
1. To entertain and educate by stimulating the imagination of children between the ages of 3 and 8 years. To reach this young age group that has the most potential to be able to make the necessary dietary changes.
2. To inspire and show children through the use of theatre, songs/music, puppets and audience participation that healthy eating can be enjoyable, and the huge benefits they personally will gain by changing their diet and lifestyle in the long term.
3. To get children to understand and question the types of food they are eating, to realise the value of vitamins, and eating and growing fresh vegetables, along with the importance of exercise.
For teachers to be able to use the stimulus of our performance to enhance the children’s curriculum studies. To have this important message enforced once our show is over by the use of our interactive website quizzes and games and free downloads. And now, also available is the Let’s Get Fit4Lif4e CD, an edited version of the show’s facts and story together with all the songs, plus two extra bonus tracks.
The show has a universal appeal, so all young children will benefit from this message. By getting the children to participate during the show, it allows them all to feel a part of the programme.

An extra resource that can be used, either as a follow up after seeing our show, or for use on it’s own, is our new Let’s Get Fit4Life CD.
This is an adapted version of our show, where Flossie and Jojo have put the show into CD format. There are lots of healthy eating facts and tips, the puppet characters, all of the songs from the show.
After you have used the first part of the CD to listen to the songs and learn about the
facts, the second half contains the songs only, so they can be played at meal times.
